1) When you hear the word "submission" what picture comes to your mind? Is there a negative or positive connotation to your mind's picture? Why?
2) What is your natural reaction to conflict or problem-solving? Do you hang on to your rights, try to control the outcome by sharing your opinion, hesitate to share any opinion, choose the role of a martyr, or poll others to validate your point of view?
3) In which of my relationships might I consider being more intentional about practicing the discipline of submission?
