- We have heard Paul tell his story a few times in the last few chapters of Acts. How did he tailor his message to the audience and the situation he faced? What can we learn from the way he did it?
- What story of God's working in your life can you rehearse for sharing with others?
- Paul's wise counsel was ignored by the sailors, in what circumstances can we ignore wise counsel? What can a person do to make his or her counsel likely to be heard?
- Once they lost control of the ship and their situation, how do you think the men felt? What do you do when circumstances are beyond your control?
